I want to thank you! Including Karina’s help with my slide show. With her help, I was able to save it to a disc. It would not play on my dvd because I did not have the program to save it to.

I had already given up on the slide and was a little bit frustrated that i would have to improvise and show it on my computer and have the dj play the songs separately. When you DJ Mike arrived, I explained my situation. He had the right program on his lab top and burned it so it could play on my dvd.

Also, one of the songs for the slide show was “Isn’t She Lovely” by Stevie Wonder but i could not locate the original on ITunes. The song is an expression of love/life of having a baby girl. The only one available was the original featuring some quirky jungle beat in the beginning with a baby crying in the back ground and commentary with a baby girl at the end of the song. Basically, the song was ruined.

DJ Mike located the original song and my slide show was a success!!! The slide show as a major part of this event and Mike did not allow me to give up and made it happen.

I love people with a CAN DO ATTITUDE!!!. Even Karina would not allow me to give up and provided her phone number for further assistance. The music and dancing was fantastic!

Thanks to all of you…I was able to share her precious moments with our family and friends. WE ALL HAD A WONDERFUL TIME…AND THE DJ LET ME USE HIS MICROPHONE! (that was fun!…I don’t get out much…LOL).

We don’t always have the respect, assistance, and kindness in our world today but first impressions are everything. On a customer service and personal level from start to finish with you, Karina, Mike, and Angelique….you all are the top of the line!! My daughter’s sweet sixteen was a GRAND SUCCESS!!! THANK YOU!!!
